Review on three Avene skin cares Products

1. Avene Gentle Toner

It is shared for sensitive skin & combination/oily skin because it is gentle!

Some people may find that it is layered. The bottom layer is natural silicate, which can be seen as a protection shield for skin, enhancing the skin’s strength and controlling oil and smoothing skins as well. The formula activates when mix it up, so make sure to shake it before using it.

Some people may worry about whether this ingredient is safe. NO WORRIES! In fact, many powders, blushes, and even baby powders contain this ingredients, and the higher the purity, the better the product is (note that it is not the higher the content, the better). Generally high purity will appear the color of white, low purity will appear gray or dark green. White precipitate indicates that the silicate purity of this toner is at least pretty high.

When using it, be careful to mix the water and the sediment underneath.

As a toner, the more bubbles the toner produces by shaking, the more nutrients it contains. So as you can see in the picture, this toner contains quite lots of nutrients for skin.

Pouring it out, you may find it's a little milky, but it's lightweight and there are no other impurities;

I will directly apply it very quickly to my face, then pat the skin to help absorbing it;

This is all because I think that if using a cotton pad to apply toner to the face, the water will largely be absorbed by the cotton. And if using hand, the toner will be absorbed by the fine lines of the hand.

Look at the effect on your hand~

As long as you slightly pat with it, the toner will be completely absorbed very fast. It is fresh, light and not greasy.

In addition, it does not leave a feeling of drying, but have the effect of moisturizing. The feeling is that the water is really absorbed. I normally apply the serum three minutes later, and there will be no dry feeling during this period;

It is super gentle with nothing about irritating discomfort for the reason that this toner contains a lot of Avne featured thermal spring water.

Generally, the effect of soothing, moisturizing, and absorption are very nice. As a toner for only $29, it is very cost-effective.

When I bought it, the salesman said that the lotion has the effect of pores refining. But I haven’t notice this effect as I only used it for very short time.

Overall, this toner is great for sensitive skin due to its feature of non-irritating, highly tolerant, non-alcoholic..

2. Avene Deep moist lotion

Although I didn’t buy it, I tried it at the counter;

This bottle of moisturizer has no precipitate, looks as same as normal common transparent lotion.

Review: Moisturizing is good, absorption is also very fast, and as gentle as the toner, not irritating.

(The salesman told me it sells better than the skin toner, actually.)

But as for my oily skin tone, it is not as light as the toner, so I didn’t buy it.

But for dry skin, it is still recommended.

3. Avene Thermal Spring Water

This one is the spray that I have purchased many times, and I do like it, comparing to Evian Spray;

Evian spray was the first spray I bought, and the initial impression was good;

Because with a fine spray nozzle, the mist comes out very fine. and my skin feels particularly comfortable. I can feel the pores open and the cells is absorbing;

But, it doesn't moisturize my skin. Except the sensory perfection, it doesn’t leave any effect as promised. Instead, it gives me a feeling of getting drier and drier.

So I bought my first bottle of Avene Thermal Spring Water.

To be honest, the Avene one is not as good as Evian in terms of nozzle and senses. Its nozzle is quite thick, the spray is not obviously misty, and the water is not fine;

But, my skin doesn’t feel tight unless you really wait until the water on your face is evaporated. From this point of view, I prefer it rather than Evian.

The Avene spray is good for our sensitive skin to calm. Every time washing my face and spraying it, I feel super comfortable!

Although the title is replenishment with sensitive skin, these products can also be used by people with non-sensitive skin.
